FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION (USA)

Kennedy University of Baptist has been granted an Annual Verification as a Religious College by the Florida Department of Education Commission for Independent Education.

Consequently, Kennedy University of Baptist possesses the legal authority to confer degrees in accordance with Florida Statutes 1005.03(1)(e) and 1005.06(1)(f). Kennedy University of Baptist is duly authorized to bestow Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctoral degrees.

Kennedy University of Baptist is classified as a religious college under Florida Statutes 1005.03(1)(e) and 1005.06(1)(f) and includes religious terms in the titles of the degrees it confers. Kennedy University of Baptist offers only educational programs that prepare students for religious vocations as ministers, professionals, or laypersons in the categories of ministry, counseling, theology, education, administration, music, fine arts, media communications, or social work.

Kennedy University of Baptist is authorized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, and Higher Education of the Galmudug State of Somalia as a higher education institution registered to issue valid and legal degrees in the Galmudug State of Somalia.

As a result, graduates of Kennedy University of Baptist can obtain degrees recognized in the Galmudug State of Somalia.

Somalia is a full member state of the United Nations (UN), and the Galmudug State is an autonomous region constituting part of Somalia.

EUROPEAN COUNCIL OF LEADING BUSINESS SCHOOLS (ECLBS)

Kennedy University of Baptist has gained membership with the European Council of Leading Business Schools (ECLBS). The goal of the ECLBS is to ensure that institutions of Vocational and higher education in Europe and all over the world meet the highest internationally recommended level of quality. ECLBS has a board of trustees (from different countries) with their own terms of reference, representing state and private organizations.

European Council of Leading Business Schools ECLBS is recognized by the following accrediting and quality assurance organizations:

- CHEA CIQG USA member: the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) Quality International Group (CIQG) in the USA, a network of quality assurance professionals from across the world.

- ANQAHE, ECLBS signed a Bilateral Recognition Agreement with the Arab Network for Quality Assurance in Higher Education

- UIA listed: ECLBS is listed on the Union of International Associations (Union des Associations Internationales) and holds the UIA Org ID AA4032, UIA operates under the United Nations mandate and It has consultative status with UNESCO

- INQAAHE member: the International Network For Quality Assurance Agencies In Higher Education in Europe, is an international quality assurance body.

INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE IN HIGHER EDUCATION (QAHE)

Kennedy University of Baptist has received full accreditation from the International Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (QAHE). QAHE is an international accreditation body.

QAHE's accreditation is recognized by the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Education & Research in the Republic of Moldova, the Higher Education Council (HEC) in Syria, The Agency for Quality Assurance in Education (EdNet) in the Kyrgyz Republic, and The Accreditation Council for Education (ACE) in Indonesia.

OFFICE OF THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION (STATE OF THE AFRICAN DIASPORA)

Kennedy University of Baptist is an accredited and recognized institution of higher education by the Office of the Minister of Education of the State of the African Diaspora. As a result, graduates of the Kennedy University of Baptist can have their qualifications recognized by the State of the African Diaspora.

Within the African Union, there are six regions: North Africa, West Africa, Central Africa, East Africa, Southern Africa, and an additional region known as the "Sixth Region," representing the African Diaspora.

The concept of this "Sixth Region" is enshrined in the African Union's constitution. In 2003, at the conclusion of the AU Summit, Heads of State declared (14 (XVIII) add.): "The African Union (...) decides to recognize the African Diaspora as a significant entity contributing to the economic and social development of the continent."

Officially launched on July 1st, 2018, during the African Union Summit in Mauritania, the State is already recognized by Mauritania, the Maroon States of Jamaica, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and an increasing number of African and Diaspora states are expressing willingness to collaborate with the State of the African Diaspora.

QUALITY EDUCATION ASSURANCE ACCREDITATION (QEAA)

Kennedy University of Baptist has received Full Accreditation from the Quality Education Assurance Accreditation (QEAA). QEAA is an international accreditation body.

QEAA's accreditation is recognized by the Board of Quality Standards (BQS), International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE), Society of Quality Assurance (SQA), International Accreditation Service (IAS), Quality Assurance and Training Connection (QATC), and UK Accreditation Forum (UKAF).

UNIVERSITY OF PACIFIC

Kennedy University of Baptist holds the branch status of the University of Pacific. Consequently, students at Kennedy University of Baptist have the option to obtain double degrees from both Kennedy University of Baptist and the University of Pacific upon graduation.

The University of the Pacific is listed in the database of schools under UNESCO's IAU, ensuring the recognition of its degrees in most regions worldwide.

Kennedy University of Baptist holds the status of an APPROVED AFFILIATED CENTER with Azteca University. Consequently, students at Kennedy University of Baptist have the option to obtain dual degrees from both Kennedy University of Baptist and Azteca University upon graduation.

Azteca University is registered in the database of schools under UNESCO's IAU, ensuring the recognition of its degrees in most regions worldwide.

Kennedy University of Baptist is a licensed and acknowledged educational institution sanctioned by the Ministry of Education in the Dominion of Melchizedek. As a result, Kennedy University of Baptist confers bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees that are internationally recognized under the laws and treaties of the Dominion of Melchizedek.

The Dominion of Melchizedek is recognized as an autonomous entity, holding sovereign state recognition in countries such as the Central African Republic, Nigeria, Cameroon, Burkina Faso, and others.

MINISTRY OF GENERAL EDUCATION AND INSTRUCTION (S.SUDAN)

Kennedy University of Baptist has received confirmation that it can be recognized as a foreign university by the South Sudan Ministry of General Education and Instruction.

As a result, degrees conferred by Kennedy University of Baptist are recognized as valid foreign qualifications within the national borders of South Sudan and can be utilized accordingly.

ROYAL COUNCIL OF ATJEH DARUSSALAM

Kennedy University of Baptist has earned accreditation from the King of Atjeh Darussalam and his Royal Council of Atjeh Darussalam in Indonesia.

Therefore, Kennedy University of Baptist is empowered to grant bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees that hold recognition within Atjeh Darussalam. Moreover, accreditation from the Royal Council of Atjeh Darussalam ensures the university's commitment to upholding a high standard of educational quality.

PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES

Kennedy University of Baptist has been approved as an official Certifying Organization for the President's Volunteer Service Award.  As a result, Kennedy University of Baptist is designated as an institution authorized to confer the prestigious President's Volunteer Service Award on behalf of the President of the United States.

The President's Volunteer Service Award is a distinguished honor bestowed in the name of the U.S. President, reserved for individuals who have made outstanding contributions and served their communities in the United States.

TAONGI NATIONAL UNIVERSITY

Kennedy University of Baptist has formed a partnership with Taongi National University. As a result, credits earned at Kennedy University of Baptist are fully acknowledged by Taongi National University, allowing students from Kennedy University of Baptist to seamlessly transfer or enroll in programs at Taongi National University.

Taongi National University is authorized by the Ministry of Education in Liberia and the National Commissioner of Higher Education to offer unrestricted undergraduate degree programs.

KBS SPORT COLLEGE 

Kennedy University of Baptist has entered into a partnership with KBS Sport College. As a result, students at Kennedy University of Baptist can receive full recognition of their academic credits at KBS Sport College, and through a special program, Kennedy University of Baptist students have the opportunity to enroll in or transfer to KBS Sport College.

KBS Sport College is a college established by the Korean Broadcasting System, a national broadcasting corporation in South Korea.

INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION PROFESSIONAL ACCREDITATION ASSOCIATION 

Kennedy University of Baptist is a registered member of the Consortium with the International Education Professional Accreditation Association, bearing registration number [IEPAA-US-3001].

The International Education Professional Accreditation Association is an officially recognized accreditation agency sanctioned by the Ministry of Education in the Dominion of Melchizedek.

The Kennedy University of Baptist is Registered with the Division of Corporation, Florida Department of State, as a legally established corporation in the private education industry under Chapter 607 and 621 Florida Statutes.

INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY OF DIPLOMATS

Kennedy University of Baptist has established a collaborative relationship with the International Society of Diplomats and received endorsement from the organization. Kennedy University of Baptist is exploring opportunities to collaborate with the College of Diplomatic Studies and International Relations (CDSIR), the educational department of the International Society of Diplomats, to contribute to the education of diplomats.

The International Society of Diplomats (ISD) is an A-class International Organization founded to promote international diplomacy through friendship, trade and investment, international cooperation, peace, and social justice, for the development and advancement of humanity.

THE GLOBAL WEEK TO #Act4SDGs

Kennedy University of Baptist actively supports the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and participates in the global, cross-citizen movement dedicated to achieving these goals. As part of this commitment, Kennedy University of Baptist is engaged in The Global Week to #Act4SDGs and is officially listed in the ACT4SDGs database.

The Global Week to #Act4SDGs is a worldwide mobilization occurring during the high-level week of the UN General Assembly in September. Its purpose is to demonstrate to world leaders that people across the globe are committed, dedicated, and inspired to take action towards achieving the SDGs.
